Teen Clinging To Life After Tragic NJ Hit-And-Run In Linden: Cops

A NJ boy is fighting for his life, and a manhunt is on.

A New Jersey teen is clinging to life after he was struck by a hit-and-run driver, just as the Labor Day weekend was starting, police said.

The tragic incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on Friday, and the 17-year-old boy was transported to University Hospital in Newark, police said

The teen was struck at East St. George Avenue and Carnegie Street in Linden. Police said the vehicle that fled the scene was a white Nissan Altima with tinted windows, last seen heading south on East Baltimore Avenue.
