Union County Tax Preparer Admits Tax Fraud
Toni Ciullo, owner and operator of Full Spectrum Consulting LLC in Union, admitted to preparing fake income tax returns for her clients.

UNION, NJ — The owner and operator of Full Spectrum Consulting LLC in Union admitted to preparing fraudulent income tax returns on behalf of her clients, causing losses of more than $320,000, U.S. Attorney Craig Carpenito announced.
Toni Ciullo, 43, of Union pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Esther Salas in Newark federal court to one count of aiding and assisting others in the preparation of false and fraudulent tax returns.
For tax years 2010 through 2014, Ciullo would increase claimed losses and credits for certain businesses, increase her clients’ unreimbursed employee expenses and medical and dental costs, and create fictitious businesses, all so her clients would receive higher refunds than those to which they were actually entitled, according to documents filed in this case and statements made in court.
