Union County Women Start-Up on Kickstarter

"Apparel that gives women the self-confidence to get out and get active" - that is the mission of JWalking Designs, a Cranford, NJ-based company started by two friends turned first-time entrepreneurs, Alison OBrien and Joanne Linden.  The pair, both Union County residents, aim to create fit, functional, fashionable apparel for women of all shapes and sizes.  Their initial product - a three-pocket running skirt Made in the USA of eco-friendly, breathable fabric - transitions seamlessly from workout to go out.  Their Kickstarter campaign ends October 16th:
