Westfield Cinnaholic 'Rolls' Out Vegan Pizza Option
The cinnamon roll bakery has gone savory with a new Pizza Roll.

WESTFIELD, NJ - The Westfield Cinnaholic is joining with their nearly 40 locations across the country in putting a twist on the traditional with a new savory treat. A vegan pizza roll.
“While we’re well known for our sweet cinnamon roll creations, we’re excited to switch things up with the new pizza roll,” said Spencer Reid, president of Cinnaholic. “Few foods are collectively celebrated like pizza, and the fact that we’re a cinnamon roll bakery can’t stop us from bringing the ‘sauce’ to our fans.”
The limited-time pizza roll is a regular roll with marinara sauce and Daiya vegan mozzarella style shreds rolled inside, then topped with more sauce and shreds, is available at all Cinnaholic locations nationwide through Dec. 1.

“We’re delighted by the opportunity to provide Cinnaholic with our Cutting Board Cheese Shreds to create their Savory Pizza Rolls,” said Dan Hua, VP of Marketing at Daiya Foods Inc. “As two brands that are dedicated to providing consumers with only the highest quality plant-based products this partnership was a natural fit for us.”
In addition to enjoying the new pizza roll, Cinnaholic customers can choose from a variety of signature frosting flavors and toppings to create their very own cinnamon roll experience.
Customers can expect nothing less than the highest quality ingredients, as the plant-based bakery franchise was founded upon a commitment that all ingredients must be animal-free and free of dairy, lactose, eggs and cholesterol, officials said.

Cinnaholic is next to Ferraro's at 18 Elm Street and the franchise is owned by Vikas Mittal.
