On Westfield Council Agenda: Sidewalk Cafes, Land Use

WESTFIELD, NJ — The Westfield Town Council plans to meet Tuesday evening at Town Hall at 425 East Broad St. The full meeting packet is here.

Among items on the agenda are votes on amendments to the town's Land Use Ordinance, including one to revise the submission requirements for subdivision applications, always a hot topic with Westfield's centuries-old housing stock.

Also, the council will vote on a resolution to grant licenses to five establishments that applied to operate sidewalk cafes this year. They are:

• Nos Vino on Central Avenue
• Ralph's Famous Italian Ice on Central Avenue
• Ono Bowls on Quimby Street
• Cinnaholic on Elm Street
• Tinga Taqueria on Central Avenue
