Westfield Facility to Get Your New Year's Fitness Resolution Started
Go Hard Or Starve to host an Open House on Sunday, Jan. 3
Westfield, NJ -- The new Go Hard Or Starve Training Facility in Westfield is helping locals get started on their New Year’s fitness resolutions.
The Elite Fitness and Weight Management Center is hosting an Open House on Sunday, Jan. 3 where newcomers can meet trainers and certified fitness nutritionists.
Nasir Pharoah Guest opened Go Hard Or Starve in Westfield on Aug. 1 to help others become the best they can be. Guest originally had a fitness facility in Cranford but outgrew the location and moved to Westfield.

Pharoah is a certified fitness nutritionist who has a strong passion for his business.
“I have been working out personally for more than 15 years,” Guest said. “I personally felt a passion to help people from the very beginning when the individual is just starting at the very beginner level to intermediate level.

“I love seeing their body change and achieving different goals,” Guest continued. “It’s more fulfilling than just working out.”
At Go Hard Or Starve, Guest offers customized workouts for each individual and helps people with nutrition and weight management.
“One of main things is that we are unique, we focus on the individual,” Guest said. “We focus on nutrition as opposed to most gyms that mostly focus on the physical part. Exercise is only 20 percent of what a person needs to change, nutrition is much more important.”
The Open House will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
