Westfield HS Strive Club Fundraises for Education

The Westfield High School Strive Club raised over $1500 for education from its annual charity show this May.

The Westfield High School Strive Club hosted its fifth annual Strive For Success Charity Concert on May 17th, 2019 in the WHS Auditorium. Over 300 community members were in attendance, consisting of family, friends, and many others who were looking for a fun way to start off their spring break.

Paige Doyle, club member and show hostess, was a natural at transitioning between performances and introducing each act. The performers came from schools all over Westfield and nearby towns, showcasing their talents in singing, dancing and even contortions. All performers had successfully auditioned to perform two months beforehand, being selected from countless other student auditions. Some of them were returning acts, including Gabe and Priscilla Dayon, who were awarded for their consistent amazing show appearances that never fail to impress the crowd.

Raffles from the Victor Passucci Salon, Satsang Yoga, 16 Prospect Wine Bar & Bistro, Turning Point, Just Bead Yourself, Casa Di Pizza, Yestercades, and Chill Cyrothrapy Spa brought fun and games for the audience during intermission.
