Westfield Real Estate Agent is 2018 Rookie of the Year

WESTFIELD, N.J. (April 29, 2019) – Diana Dollard Hearns, a real estate agent affiliated with the Westfield East office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, New York, has been named the company’s Rookie of the Year. She achieved the highest gross commission income and sold the most homes out of all new agents who affiliated with the company during 2018.

Dollard Hearns, a Cranford resident, specializes in residential real estate throughout the Union County area. She is the co-owner of Hands of Life Martial Arts in Garwood and served as its marketing director, developing the skills she now uses to innovatively and creatively market properties. Dollard Hearns was formerly director of PrimeTime, a non-profit after-school program. She attained her bachelor’s degree in English from Kean University, and is certified as an elementary school teacher and English teacher.
