WESTFIELD, NJ — At Tuesday night's meeting of the Westfield Town Council, Mayor Shelley Brindle will deliver her annual State of the Town Address. She said she will address "the exciting possibilities for Westfield’s post-pandemic future and how that shapes the upcoming year."

The meeting will also be a reorganization meeting, which means appointments to boards, commissions, and advisory councils.
