Westfield Rower Makes NESCAC All-Conference Team
Ann-Sophie Koglin of Westfield and Hamilton College athlete was selected for the 2017 Women's Rowing All-Conference Team.
WESTFIELD, NJ — A Westfield local and Hamilton College athlete was selected for the 2017 NESCAC Men's and Women's Rowing All-Conference Teams on Wednesday.
Ann-Sophie Koglin, class of 2020, Westfield local and Westfield High School graduate, was placed on the women's second team and Trent Pfeiffer class of 2019 of Richmond, Massachussettes and Monument Mountain Regional High School graduate collected his first men's honor as he made the second team as well.
The 10-member squads are comprised of individuals from the eight league teams based on each team's finish at the NESCAC championships, which were held in conjunction with the National Invitational Rowing Championship on May 12.

Koglin rowed with the women's varsity eight in her first year and helped lead the Continentals to a silver medal in the WV8 at the 2017 New York State Collegiate Championships.
Pfeiffer rowed with the men's varsity eight in his first year with the team and helped lead Hamilton to a bronze medal in the MV8 at the 2017 New York State Collegiate Championships.
