Westfield Schools To Have All-Day Remote Learning Wednesday

WESTFIELD, NJ — The Westfield schools have announced that students and staff will remain on remote learning on Wednesday, this time following normal morning and afternoon schedules, due to a nor'easter that dumped more than a foot of snow over three days.

On Monday and Tuesday, the schools were remote and only had morning sessions.

The district noted, "This will allow Westfield and other municipalities, from which staff commute, to continue to safely clear roads and sidewalks following this massive winter storm. Principals will share additional information regarding Wednesday’s schedule with their school communities. Thank you to the Westfield DPW and our own Buildings and Grounds staff for their round-the-clock efforts."
