Westfield Students Perform Virtual Comedy Play Friday, Saturday

Roosevelt Intermediate School Theater will present its first virtual winter play Friday and Saturday, a comedy.

WESTFIELD, NJ — The Roosevelt Intermediate School Theater in Westfield will present its first ever 100 percent virtual theater production — “Left to our Own Devices” — to be livestreamed this Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. on both evenings.

The play, by Flip Kobler, Cindy Marcus, and Finn Kobler, is a collection of sketches that range from sweet to hysterical. The characters and settings change from a college freshman calling home, ordering from a drive-through, speed dating, a 911 dispatch center, Rapunzel and her prince.

Audience members may watch the virtual performance by purchasing a StreamPass at ris.booktix.com. A single StreamPass is valid for a single device.

  • Adult StreamPass - $10
  • Family StreamPass - $15
  • RIS Premier Donor StreamPass - $20

StreamPass sales close 15 minutes prior to the start of each performance.
