Westfield Voter Registration Deadline For School Board Election Is Approaching

Union County will keep its elections office open until 9 p.m. on March 31 for Westfield voter registration.

WESTFIELD, NJ — Time is ticking down for Westfield residents to register to vote in the April 21 Annual School Board Election.

Residents have until Tuesday, March 31, to register, according to the Union County Board of Elections.

To accommodate residents on the deadline day, the Board of Elections will offer extended evening hours on March 31 and remain open until 9 p.m. for voter registration.

The Westfield Annual School Board Election is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., and voting will take place at regular polling locations.

Residents can confirm their polling place by visiting ucnj.org/ucboe or by calling the Union County Board of Elections at 908-527-4123.

Voters who plan to return a vote-by-mail ballot using a secure drop box have three listed options. In Westfield, ballots may be returned at the Fraser Building, 300 North Avenue East.

Voters may also use the Union County Administration Building at the corner of Rahway Avenue and Elizabethtown Plaza in Elizabeth, or the Union County Board of Elections at 271 North Broad Street in Elizabeth.
