Westfield's Feast Catering Is Back With A New Location, New Name

WESTFIELD, NJ — Feast Catering is back in Westfield with a new name and new location after closing at the end of 2024.

The cafe is returning under the name The Kitchen by Feast Catering at 405 Cumberland St. off South Avenue, next to Westfield Pest Control and BKC of Westfield Kitchen Design.

"It's in Westfield, not in downtown Westfield its nicely on the outskirts of town. Nice easy parking, you can pull right up," said Stephen Bigmore, owner and professionally trained French chef.

The Kitchen will offer curbside pickup, retail, take-out, and catering.

Even after the 2024 closure, Bigmore said he has never stopped his catering and his new location will be centered around catering.

"It's going to be 85 percent kitchen and 15 percent retail," said Bigmore to Patch.

The menu will include the Balsamic chicken salad, soups, and sandwiches.

"We are going to tighten the menu that we used to have in the cafe, but still all the favorites you love from Feast now at The Kitchen," said Bigmore.

The Kitchen will also have "smaller hours, smaller location."

Bigmore is hoping to open by the middle of May.

The Kitchen is anticipated to be open four to five days a week, Tuesday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Additionally, there will be one day a week open to 6 or 6:30 p.m.
