WEST ORANGE, NJ — The battlefield is set for the West Orange Board of Education election this November.
According to the Essex County Clerk’s Office, three candidates have filed to run for two open seats on the board as part of the 2019 general election. Each term lasts three years.

- Jeremias Salinas Jr. - no slogan
- Gary Rothstein - no slogan
The last day to file school board election petitions was Monday, July 29. The 2019 general election will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
