McIver, who was elected to replace the late U.S. Rep. Donald Payne, earned a victory to her first full term in November 2024. Since then, the congresswoman says she has notched achievements that include securing millions of dollars in federal funding for NJ-10, as well as other work involving “affordability” and “justice.”
Poster is the founder of Catalyx Group, an executive search and strategy consulting firm focused on high-technology, biotech and medtech, and is a MIT graduate. He is running under the slogan “Democrat for the middle class,” a theme and campaign platform that he hopes will score some votes on Election Day.
Bucco – who also ran for a Congress seat in 2024 – is a small business owner and founder of a nonprofit that reaches out to underserved youth. He is running on a platform that includes “fiscal responsibility,” “economic growth,” “property tax control” and “ensuring public safety.”
