WEST ORANGE, NJ — A new business is opening its doors in West Orange: PayMore Electronics.
The West Orange Chamber of Commerce will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony for the latest addition to the town's business community on Thursday, Aug. 20 at 495 Prospect Avenue. The event will take place at 5 p.m.; the public is welcome to attend.
Here's what to know about the town's newest business, the chamber said:
"PayMore Electronics provides a trusted neighborhood storefront where residents can safely buy, sell, or trade new, gently used, or broken electronics for instant cash on the spot. Unlike risky online meetups or traditional pawn shops, PayMore focuses exclusively on technology—including smartphones, MacBooks, laptops, gaming consoles, tablets, and smartwatches—while ensuring that all acquired devices are professionally wiped of personal data on-site to protect customer privacy. Furthermore, PayMore's model helps reduce e-waste in Essex County by keeping usable electronics in circulation and offering responsible recycling options."
