Get Help With Wedding Plans At This Upcoming West Orange Event

WEST ORANGE, NJ — A "Wedding and Event Showcase" is coming to West Orange this weekend.

The Downtown West Orange Alliance is encouraging residents, visitors and local businesses to take part in the upcoming event, which will be hosted by Wilshire Caterers at The Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27.

Here's what to expect, organizers said:

"Whether planning a wedding, birthday, retirement, or reunion, attendees can connect with dozens of trusted and experienced event specialists, discover new trends, and get inspired. The showcase will feature elegant venues, exceptional cuisine, entertainment options, and full-service event planning."

"West Orange has long been known as the wedding capital of New Jersey, a reputation built by generations of couples and families who chose the township to celebrate their most important milestones," the alliance said.

"The showcase carries that tradition forward and gives businesses across town a chance to benefit from the visitors it attracts," the group added.
