On this Saturday, Sept. 22nd special needs youngsters, adults, their families & friends are invited to the annual Berry Good Pancake Breakfast at Katz Civic Center beginning at 10:00 AM. The menu includes pancakes, sausage, juice and fresh berries. The berries are harvested from the adjacent UNICO Garden for the Exceptional Child at Degnan Park. The cost is $4. per person. Super DJ Joe Garamelo will be on hand to entertain the guests. Co-sponsoring the event are FOOTSTEPS for the Exceptional Child and the Mayor's Program for Individuals with Special Needs.
