Celebrate Women's History at West Orange Library

Join a panel of five dynamic female authors at West Orange Library on Thursday, Mar 28 at 6:30pm for a discussion of their works and get your book signed.

On Thursday, March 28 at 6:30pm, The Oranges and Maplewood chapter of the NAACP honors Women's History Month with a free panel discussion and book signing with five exciting and dynamic women:

Journalist Barbara Kukla is the author of five books, including her most recent memoir, Newark Inside My Soul.

Mary Jeanette Parker has a Doctorate Degree in Religious Education and is the author of The Truth of the Matter Is.

JT Keitt has an Creative Writing degree from NYU and her most recent novel is Secret of My Soul.

Ella Dixon Jones is a retired educator from the Newark School system and is the author of Ella's Journey 33,509 Days...and Counting.

Dr. Margaret Brisco practiced obstetrics and gynecology in northern NJ for 35 years at a time when there were few women physicians.  She is the author of three books, Women in Transition, among them.
