Grab a Free Comic at West Orange Library on Saturday

Free Comic Book Day will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the West Orange Public Library on Saturday, May 4.

Saturday, May 4 is Free Comic Book Day at the West Orange Public Library. Time Warp Comics in Cedar Grove provided the comics, and all you have to do is stop by the children's room at the library between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to choose one to take home.

If it has been awhile since you've read a comic book, you might be pleasantly surprised by the variety available. Comics will be limited to one per person, while supplies last.

Comic books are an original American art form that were created in the early days of the twentieth century. They've grown considerably since Superman was introduced in June 1938. The super hero genre was born, and comics featuring a wide range of diverse storylines followed.
