NJ Copywriting Firm Raises Nearly $3,000 to Help Stray and Abandoned Animals

Every cat up for adoption at the West Orange Animal Welfare League (WOAWL) will be "adoption ready" thanks to the efforts of Fahoury Ink, a local copywriting firm.

Every cat up for adoption at the West Orange Animal Welfare League (WOAWL) will be “adoption ready”  thanks to the efforts of Fahoury Ink, a local copywriting firm and long-time supporter of the organization.

For the past three years, Fahoury Ink has celebrated National Adopt a Shelter Pet month by donating 10% of its October billings to the WOAWL.

Every year, October somehow turns into a banner month for the business, according to company owner Lisa Fahoury. “Our amazing clients do their best to keep us busy, knowing that the end result will help support the rescue and placement of stray and abandoned animals.”

Fahoury presented a check for $2,954.75 to WOAWL President Sandy Rubin and her team of volunteers during its last adoption day of the year on December 15.

Says Rubin, “Fahoury Ink’s donation makes it so much easier for us to continue with our goal to make a difference and see our furry friends enjoy the life they deserve.”
