WEST ORANGE ROTARY AWARDS STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS

On Friday, June 14, 2013, the Rotary Club of West Orange held its annual Student Scholarship Awards ceremony at Mayfair Farms. 

The club gave out $16,000 in student scholarships to West Orange high school seniors attending college in the Fall.  All recipients are West Orange residents that attend both public and private high schools in the area.

The Rotary Club of West Orange raises most of the funds for these scholarships through their various annual fundraisers, most notably, the Taste of the World held every Spring at Mayfair Farms, as well as a Super Golf and a 50:50 raffle, and by selling food and refreshments at the 4th of July festivities in West Orange.
