West Orange Rotary Holds 8th Annual Taste of the World Fundraiser

The Rotary Club of West Orange is running its highly successful Taste of the World fundraiser on Monday, Feb. 27, 2012 at in West Orange from 6 p.m. to 9pm.

This is the 8th year that the Rotary club is holding this fundraiser. In the past, the event has attracted between 40-50 restaurants and vendors and as many as 500 attendees. ALL of the proceeds will be donated to Rotary sanctioned charities, including but not limited to: student scholarships, West Orange Community Service Organizations, Camp Merryheart for Disabled Children, Turtle Back Zoo, the Dictionary Project, West Orange Food Pantry and many international projects like Gift of Life, Polio Plus, Rotaplast, Change a Life Uganda, Help the Children Hear and ShelterBox USA.

There will be cuisines from all over the planet showcased by some of the finest restaurants in the area as well as a variety of beverage vendors and desserts offered. Many door prizes are given out all evening long and there will be a 50:50 cash raffle.

For all of this, you only pay $45 in advance per ticket or $55 at the door.
