‘Confused’ Man Found In West Orange; Police Seek His Family
The man is safe at a nearby hospital, but as of Monday morning, no family members have been located, West Orange authorities said.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Police in West Orange are asking for the public’s help finding a man’s family so he can be returned home safely, authorities say.
The West Orange Police Department posted the following message via social media on Sunday:
“Does anyone know this man? Please help us identify this individual and locate his family. This gentleman stated that his name is Javier Diaz. He was found in the area of Eagle Rock Avenue and Pleasant Valley Way and is very confused about where he lives. If anyone knows him, please call us at 973-325-4000.”
A town spokesperson said the man is “safe and sound” at a nearby hospital, but that as of Monday morning, no family members have been located.
