Downtown West Orange Alliance Proposes 2024 Budget (VIDEO)
The alliance manages the township's Special Improvement District, which represents 182 property owners and more than 300 businesses.
WEST ORANGE, NJ — The Downtown West Orange Alliance presented its proposed 2024 budget to the town council at their meeting this week.
Megan Brill, executive director of the nonprofit, offered an overview of the proposed spending plan at the meeting (see chart below).
The alliance manages the township’s Special Improvement District (SID), which represents 182 property owners and more than 300 businesses along the downtown corridor.

Adoption of the proposed budget is expected to take place at the council’s second meeting in February.
