EAST ORANGE, NJ — East Orange’s fire chief is being accused of workplace “harassment,” a report says.

A group of firefighters are alleging that Andre Williams unfairly denied them promotions and intimidated them under fear of retaliation, localtalkweekly.com reported, citing a letter from the East Orange Fire Officer’s Association/FBMA Locals 23 and 223.
