East Orange High School Student Fatally Shot: Authorities
A shooting claimed the life of a teen in East Orange. No arrests have been made as of Wednesday, police said.
EAST ORANGE, NJ — A shooting claimed the life of an East Orange High School student on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.
No arrests have been made as of Wednesday, according to a joint statement from the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and the East Orange Police Department.
Antoine Sanga-Niangara, 16, of East Orange, was fatally shot on the 100-block of Lincoln Street. Sanga-Niangara was pronounced dead at the scene at 1:52 p.m., authorities said.
