West Orange's youth basketball players headed to West Orange High School on Saturday, October 28 to compete in the annual Elks Hoop Shoot. Organized by Tracy Rosenberg and Don Reitmeyer, and hosted by volunteers from West Orange Elks Lodge #1590, each player played two rounds of free throws. Round 1 was 10 shots, Round 2 was 15 shots, for a total of 25 free throws. It was a serious competition and our players rose to the occasion with determination, composure, and grit.
