Essex County Woman, 23, Reported Missing; Police Seek Public’s Help

ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Police are asking for help locating a 23-year-old Essex County woman who has been missing since Wednesday. Authorities say that Nagera McCloud, 23, of Newark, was last seen in the area of Eastern Parkway near Varsity Road.

“While police are actively searching for Ms. McCloud, we seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and returning her to her family,” Newark Public Safety Director Anthony Ambrose stated Thursday morning.

According to police, McCloud has brown eyes, is 5 feet 5 inches and weighs about 140 pounds. She was wearing a black hoodie and gray sweat pants and her hair was in braids (black with blonde tips).
