Trumpet's Jazz Club presents Piano Man Larry Hunt

Trumpet's Jazz Club and Restaurant in Montclair has hosted many world famous Jazz artists over the years. On March 29, it's The Larry Hunt Quartet.  Mr. Hunt grew up in Nutley, NJ, and has since entertained in over 1000 venues throughout the USA, in Europe, and on 20 cruise ships.  His Jazz music is influenced by the rich musical legacies of New Orleans and Brazil, as well as by artists such as Mose Allison, Chet Baker, Horace Silver, and Ray Charles, to name a few. Do a web search for Piano Man Larry Hunt to find out much more about this unique pianist/singer/composer/recording artist. Joining Larry on stage at Trumpet's will be West Orange's own Jim Jacobus, longtime friend and student of Joe Morello, drummer of the legendary Dave Brubeck Quartet.  Local greats saxophonist Tom Rosenthal and acoustic bassist Will Macirowski round out the The LH Quartet.    Reservations Highly Recommended.
