National Turnoff Week is observed twice a year - in April and September. People throughout the nation are asked to examine the large role that TV plays in their daily lives while taking a break from watching the screen.
Take a break from the screen and spend some time thinking, reading, creating and doing. You'll have more time to spend connecting with your family and community. The West Orange Library has planned a variety of fun children's activities for the week.
