Father’s Day 2017 Event: Camel Rides At Turtle Back Zoo In New Jersey

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Want to help your dad get over the hump this Father’s Day? The Essex County Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange may have just the remedy.
For Father’s Day 2017 weekend, the zoo will offer a unique attraction… camel rides. Camel rides will be available at the zoo’s pony track from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Friday, June 16 to Sunday, June 18. The fee is $7.
Riders must be able to hold on and sit up or they will need someone to ride with them, according to a county event posting.
