West Orange Community Walks in Memory of Hazel School Teacher's Daughter

Isadora Seibert died from a rare form of liver cancer at the age of 25.

On Saturday May 31st, teachers, family and friends walked in memory of Isadora Seibert, daughter of Hazel Kindergarten teacher Phyllis Seibert, and Richard Seibert at the Liver Life Walk New Jersey in Verona Park.

Isadora Seibert lost her fight to Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma, a very rare form of liver cancer, at the age of twenty-five (25). Team Isadora raised over two thousand dollars ($2,000) that will go towards the American Liver Foundation. Over fifty (50) walkers, including Hazel Avenue School staff, and her beloved friends and family participated in supporting Team Isadora.
