Here’s When New Target Store In West Orange Will Open, Company Says
Target said the new store is expected to employ about 280 team members.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — A highly anticipated Target store in New Jersey finally has an opening date: Sunday, March 29.
That’s when the Garden State’s newest Target is scheduled to officially open at 235 Prospect Avenue in West Orange, according to an announcement from the national retail giant.
A Target spokesperson confirmed the opening date with Patch on Friday.

The 150,000 square foot store will be open daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Services include drive up, order pickup and same-day delivery with Target Circle 360, with next-day delivery available to all of West Orange. The store also features a CVS Pharmacy, Starbucks Café and Target Optical.
Target spokespeople said the new store is expected to employ about 280 team members. Several open positions were listed on the company’s website as of Friday, including cashier, security and stock.

The West Orange location is Target's 55th store in New Jersey.
The new store is located at West Orange Plaza, which recently announced new leases for three other businesses. The shopping center – which is anchored by a Whole Foods supermarket – launched a multi-million-dollar, property-wide renovation last year.
