LGBT Senior Housing And Care Expo Returns To West Orange

WEST ORANGE, NJ — The 2nd annual LGBT Senior Housing and Care Expo will take place at Green Hill Senior Living in West Orange on Sunday, May 19.

The free event, sponsored by Green Hill Inc and LGBT Senior Housing and Care, will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Learn more and register by clicking here)

According to a news release from organizers, topics and sessions will include:

• Making the Case for LGBT Senior Inclusion
• Healthcare Needs and Partnerships
• Environment and Culture for a LGBT senior community
• A tribute to LGBT advocate Babs Saperstein
• A legislative update with Garden State Equality

The event is free and recommended for the LGBT community and LGBT allies, healthcare, senior care and senior living professionals. A boxed lunch is included with pre-registration, organizers stated.
