Livingston Police Help Arrest West Orange Burglary Suspects: PD
Livingston officers helped to apprehend 3 people after a car chase. They were found with burglary proceeds from West Orange, police said.
ESSEX COUNTY, NJ — Livingston police helped to apprehend three people after they led officers on a car chase Sunday morning. Authorities said they found proceeds from several burglaries that took place in West Orange in their possession.
The West Orange Police Department released the following details about the incident:
“During the early morning hours of November 22, seven burglary/thefts from motor vehicles occurred in West Orange on Walker Road, Yale Terrace, Tremont Avenue and Rollinson Street. There was an additional commercial burglary/theft at Castillo Auto Repair, 36 South Valley Road, around this time. A Walker Road residence also reported a theft of a package coinciding with this string of burglary/thefts. The detective bureau was advised and the investigation of these crimes were turned over to Detective Forges.”

“Shortly after these burglaries occurred, the Livingston Police Department began pursuit of a white, Chevy Lumina. The occupants eventually fled from the vehicle on foot. Livingston PD along with Chatham PD, Millburn PD, and Florham Park PD located and subsequently arrested all three suspects. The actors were taken into custody and transported to Livingston PD where they were processed and charged accordingly. They were determined to be in possession of some proceeds from the burglaries that occurred earlier in West Orange. All three were charged with Receiving Stolen Property out of West Orange and were identified as: Antoine Lee, 27, of Newark, Eric Fonesca, 26, of Newark, and Shatuwan McCall, 20, of Newark.”
Investigations are still ongoing, West Orange police said Monday.
