McDonald’s Owner, Son Offer Advice At Youth Mentoring Event In Orange

A McDonald's owner and her son – a supervisor at her business – gave advice to dozens of young men at a mentoring conference in New Jersey.

ORANGE, NJ — A local McDonald’s owner and her son – a supervisor at her business – recently spoke to dozens of young men at a mentoring conference at Orange High School as part of National Mentoring Month.

Angela Adderley, who has nearly 30 years of experience as a McDonald’s owner/operator, was a keynote speaker at the “Mentoring Matters: Male Youth Conference” in Orange. Appearing alongside Adderly was her son, Elijah.

Together, the pair spoke with a group of more than 90 young men, discussing their backgrounds, their careers and the importance of hard work.
