MTL Food Drive; "Celebrate the Stache"; and Community Thanksgiving Luncheon Top Events this Week

Here is what's going on in the Township this week

Monday, Nov. 25:

  • The Mountain Top League will host a food drive at 12 Old Indian Rd. from 6-8 p.m. Stop by with non-perishables to donate to the Holy Trinity-West Orange Food Pantry.
  • The Human Relations Commission will hold a meeting at 7 p.m. in Conference Rm. 109 at Town Hall.

Wednesday, Nov. 27:

  • The Annual Community Thanksgiving Luncheon will take place at Mayfair Farms at noon. Community forces come together to give thanks for all of the efforts in the township. For ticket information, visit the WO Chamber of Commerce website here.

Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29:

  • Town Hall Closed-all municipal departments closed in observance of Thanksgiving.


Saturday, Nov. 30:

  • Small Business Saturday is in full swing! Take the time to visit a local restaurant, boutique or other small business to show your support. Tune in to West Orange Patch every day this week for the "Small Business of the Day." For more information on the national initiative, visit the SBA website here.

Sunday, Dec. 1:

  • End of Movember "Celebrate the Stache" event will take place at The Pour House Pub & Grub from 6-8 p.m. Celebrate the end of the township-wide initiative in supporting men's health.
