Overturned Dump Truck Spills Fuel In West Orange
Emergency responders closed Mt. Pleasant Avenue due to the crash.
An overturned dump truck forced the closure Mt. Pleasant Avenue in West Orange on Tuesday after fuel was spilled on the roadway.
According to a West Orange township spokeswoman, Mt. Pleasant Avenue between Main Street and Gregory Avenue was closed due to the crash.
The intersection will remain closed for several hours as crews work to clean and clear the roadway and replace a traffic light, the spokeswoman stated around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
