Seton Hall Prep Holds Winter Carnival For Special Needs Community

Seton Hall Preparatory School hosted a winter carnival for the special needs community at its campus in West Orange.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Seton Hall Preparatory School (SHP) recently hosted a winter carnival for the special needs community at its campus in West Orange.

The Jan. 13 event was co-hosted by New Jersey baseball coach Mike Sheppard and his SHP baseball team, alongside Vincent McMahon, the founder of Camp New Day and a co-founder of Camp Fatima with his SHP Campus Ministry Team.

According to SHP news release, the 12 different committees of Seton Hall Prep and Mount Saint Dominic student volunteers have been preparing and planning for the winter carnival since the beginning of the school year. On the day of the event, they set up 25 different games in the SHP gym, as well as entertainment, prizes and other activities.
