‘Street Art’ Event Coming To West Orange On Saturday

WEST ORANGE, NJ — There will be a “Street Art” event in West Orange to promote “safe and vibrant” streets on Saturday, April 30.

According to organizers, the event will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Mitchell Street and Glen Road (Hazel Elementary School). The rain date is Sunday, May 1.

The event will include games, music, food trucks and face painting. Participants will be able to learn to ride and bike with safety skills classes (advance registration is required; see flyer below).

The event is presented by the Traffic Safety Youth Advisory Board (WOHS), West Orange Township, the West Orange Pedestrian Safety Advisory Board and EZ Ride. It is sponsored by the Nikhil Badlani Foundation through grants from State Farm Insurance.
