Wall Collapses At West Orange Middle School's Stage; Play Moved To HS
Roosevelt Middle School's production of "Legally Blonde Jr." will take place at West Orange High School.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Roosevelt Middle School’s production of “Legally Blonde Jr.” will be moved to West Orange High School due to a wall collapse at the middle school’s stage, district administrators said.
The performances will take place in the auditorium of the high school, 51 Conforti Avenue, at the following times:
- Friday, April 28 at 7 pm
- Saturday, April 29 at 7 pm
- Sunday, April 30 at 2 pm

“'Legally Blonde' was a blockbuster movie premiering in 2001 and featured the story of Elle Woods, a southern California sorority queen who attends Harvard Law School in the hopes of winning back her boyfriend. Instead, Elle finds a new career, a new love, and a lot of confidence in herself. The movie was adapted into a musical in 2007, enjoying a successful Broadway run and ongoing national tours. ‘Legally Blonde Jr.’ has been adapted from the musical and the content has been revised to make it a family-friendly experience.”
