West Orange Company Ranks Among 'Best Places To Work' In N.J.
The Kessler Foundation, a West Orange-based nonprofit, was among the nominees.
West Orange, NJ - A West Orange company was named among New Jersey’s “Best Places to Work for 2016” in a recent study.
The report – compiled by NJBIZ.com – recognizes the listed companies for their “dedication to employees’ professional growth and quality of life.”
This year, the report nominated the Kessler Foundation, a West Orange-based nonprofit, among several others.

The results were reached after analyzing the data from voluntary assessments given to a random selection of the company’s employees, according to the study’s organizers, Best Companies Group.
Each assessment consists of 78 statements that employees respond to on a five point agreement scale. The survey also includes two open-ended questions and seven demographic questions.

Participating companies paid an assessment fee ranging from $690 to $1,770.
