West Orange Council Passes DACA, Dreamer Resolution
The West Orange Town Council resolution urges the Trump Administration to reinstate DACA and provide a pathway for "Dreamers."

WEST ORANGE, NJ — The West Orange Town Council has thrown its weight behind a symbolic resolution in support of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and the immigrants the law was designed to protect.
Last week, council members unanimously approved a resolution that “urges the Department of Homeland Security to reinstate the DACA program during their public meeting. The resolution also “urges the United States Congress to pass the Dream Act and provide a pathway to citizenship for ‘Dreamers.’”
