In West Orange: Glenmont Estate Will Open For Tours On Friday The 13th
The Glenmont Estate at Thomas Edison National Historical Park will open for regular tours starting Oct. 13.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — The Glenmont Estate at Thomas Edison National Historical Park will open for regular tours starting Friday, Oct. 13, according to park staff. But there’s nothing spooky about getting the chance to see a local piece of history.
Park staff said that tours will be given Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays until Jan. 7, 2018. Visitors will need to stop at the Visitors Center at 211 Main Street to pay the entrance fee and to get a car pass to drive into Llewellyn Park.
“The house tours are a timed and ticketed event and are given out on a first come, first served basis,” park staff wrote. “You cannot reserve tickets in advance and are only given out for that day.”
