West Orange Home Fire Claims Life Of Dog: Reports
A dog died after a fire took place at a two-story, private home on Hazel Avenue in West Orange, reports say.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — A dog died after a fire took place at a two-story, private home on Hazel Avenue in West Orange on Tuesday afternoon, reports say.
Emergency responders attempted to resuscitate the canine, which was found and removed from the home’s basement, but were unsuccessful, TAP Into West Orange reported. The fire was placed under control around 4:30 p.m., and the home will be boarded up, authorities said.
According to North Jersey Fire News, the two-alarm blaze resulted in relocations.
