West Orange Man Stabbed Orange Woman To Death: Prosecutors

A West Orange man was charged with murder after he allegedly stabbed an Orange woman to death in her home, authorities said.

WEST ORANGE, NJ — Police charged a West Orange man with murder after he allegedly stabbed an Orange woman to death in her home earlier this week, authorities announced Saturday.

Christopher Dudley, 34, of West Orange, has been arrested and charged with the murder of Katrina Perry, 34, of Orange, according to a joint statement from the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office and the Orange Police Department.

Perry was fatally stabbed at her home on the 100-block of Main Street in Orange on Thursday, Sept. 26. Dudley and Perry have had a “dating relationship” at some point, prosecutors said.
