West Orange Office Building Sells For $17 Million: Reports
There's a new owner of 300 Executive Drive, reports say.
WEST ORANGE, NJ — An office building in West Orange recently sold for $17 million, reports say.
Real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield announced that it arranged the sale of 300 Executive Drive. The seller was Triumvirate Realty, an LLC led by JD Moore and Austin Rolnick. The buyer was listed as “Executive Drive W Orange LLC,” ROI-NJ.com reported.
Triumvirate is a subsidiary of Mountainside-based Pentaurus Properties LLC, which purchased 300 Executive Drive in 2019 for $8 million, NJBIZ reported.
