West Orange Office Building Thriving, Has ‘Positive Energy’: CEO

WEST ORANGE, NJ — “It’s been a remarkably busy few months,” Sheldon Gross says.

According to Gross, president and CEO of New Jersey-based Sheldon Gross Realty, there’s a “positive energy” flowing through 80 Main Street in West Orange, the property that has served as the company’s home base for more than 30 years, and of which it’s the exclusive broker.

Recently, the 102,000-square-foot, five-story structure – located near Route 280 – saw a spate of lease renewals from five key tenants: National Staffing Associates, Feldman & Grodeck, the Essex County Democratic Committee, Harvey Grossman Esq. and Ronald M. Gutwirth Esq.

The five above leases total more than 11,000 square feet of office space, Gross said.

“When you renew five leases in a single building, all around the same time, you’re clearly dealing with a special location,” he opined. “It’s a modern facility near everything downtown West Orange offers, and it benefits from the positive energy provided by thriving businesses.”
